Effect of M3G on the phosphorylation of MAPK and AP-1 in UVA-irradiated HDFs. Cells were exposed to UVA radiation (10 J/cm²) and treated with 25 μM of M3G. After 24 h incubation cells were harvested and the MAPK signaling (phosphorylated (p-) and inactive forms of p38, ERK and JNK MAPKs) (A) and AP-1 activation (p- and inactive forms of c-Fos and c-Jun in whole cell and nuclear fractions) (B) were investigated by Western blotting.
