The parental vector, pBK301, is described in Ortinski et al.30. The vector was cloned with dCas9-DNMT3A-Puro (pBK492) or dCas9-DNMT3A-GFP (pBK539) (the cloning flow can be found in protocol and in Kantor et al.23).
