Images demonstrate a cystic lesion centered within the right choroid plexus glomus, which demonstrates increased DWI signal but no central enhancement (arrow), consistent with a xanthogranuloma. This finding is in contrast to the solidly-enhancing lesion centered within the left glomus, consistent with a hypervascular metastasis.
