Subcellular localization of AnaRnb and AnaRne. The filaments of a dual-labeled strain with AnaRnb-BFP and AnaRne-GFP (A) and the filaments of the wild-type (WT) strain (B) were observed under a confocal microscope. The fluorescent signals in the same field were recorded in the channels for green fluorescence (GFP), blue fluorescence (BFP) and photosynthetic pigment fluorescence (PC).
