Abundance of bacteria genera that modify bile acids is altered in NASH-non-HCC and NASH-HCC. Relative abundances of Bacteroides (a) and Bifidobacterium (b) were decreased, whereas Lactobacillus (c) and Ruminococcus (d) were increased from H to NHc. Relative abundance of Clostridium (e) and Escherichia/Shighella (f) did not differ between the groups.
