Saturated fatty acids (Open square), mono-unsaturated (Dark circle), EPA (Open triangle) and DHA (Dark Triangle). Selectivity value 0 indicates neutral hydrolysis, 1 indicates total preference and -1 indicates total discrimination (no hydrolysis).
