The CsAds were stimulated with 100 mM CA solution containing chlorpromazine (A), haloperidol (B), or clozapine (C). The migration distance of the CsAds was measured every 10 min for 2 h. Each drug at 100 mM (except clozapine at 100 μM) was tested for chemo-attractive or chemo-repellent properties (blue triangle up). Asterisks indicate ** p < 0.01 and *** p < 0.001 compared to the CA-only group (red square) at 120 min.
