Assay types and activity thresholds used for activity tag determination: only concentration based assays were used to determine activity tags. Activities reporting less than the maximum admitted value for positives were considered active (+) interactions, while those greater than the ‘minimum admitted value for negatives’ were considered inactive (−). Any activity reported in between these two values was considered as indeterminate (0)
