Foxp1 silencing in murine A20 lymphoma cells restores MHC class II expression without impairing cell viability. (A) Foxp1-targeting siRNA transiently transfected into A20 cells reduced Foxp1 protein and (B) Foxp1transcript expression, compared to transfection with a non-targeting siRNA control. (B) Foxp1 knockdown did not affect cell viability. (C) Expression of cell surface MHC-II was increased following Foxp1 knockdown, while only modest upregulation of Cd74 was observed.
