Effect of MT and CPF on cytokine/granzyme production in splenocytes. Splenocytes were cultured for 48 h in the presence of MT (10−5 M) or CPF (10−5 M). Levels of interleukin (IL)-2, interferon (IFN)-γ, IL-4, granzyme B, and IL-6 released into culture media were then measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
