For mcr-1-positive strains, the CMT was as efficient as the PCR. ComASP (A) = Test on all Gram-Negative Bacteria. ComASP (B) = Test on only K. pneumoniae and E. coli. MicroScan (A) = Test on all Gram-Negative Bacteria. MicroScan (B) = Test on all isolates excluding E. cloacae, Salmonella and non-fermenting gram-negatives except Pseudomonas.
