miR-34c enhances the anti-tumor effect of cisplatin on ovarian cancer in vivo. (A) Nude mice were inoculated subcutaneously with miR-34c-LV-transfected SKOV3 cells followed by treatment with cisplatin i.p. twice a week (2 mg/kg). Tumor growth was measured every three days. (B) Expression level of miR-34c in purified tumors was detected by qRT-PCR analysis. (C) MET expression in purified tumors was detected by Western blot analysis.
