CBNP instillation induces pulmonary neutrophilic inflammation. C57BL/6 mice were instilled with saline containing 0.2 mg of CBNPs. After 24 h exposure, hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining (A) and specific esterase staining of neutrophils (B) in representative mouse lung sections are presented.
