BBR inhibits influenza A replication at the late stages of infection. LET1 cells were infected with influenza A virus (IAV); TCID₅₀ = 1000/mL). After 2 h p.i., 10 µM U0126 in DMSO or BBR were added. Control samples were treated in the same manner with the same volume of DMSO. All experiments were performed in triplicate. The results are presented as average values with standard deviations (error bars). An asterisk (p < 0.05) indicates values that are significantly different from the control.
