Since January 2020 Elsevier has created a COVID-19 resource centre with free information in English and Mandarin on the novel coronavirus COVID-19. The COVID-19 resource centre is hosted on Elsevier Connect, the company's public news and information website. Legend: 85 confirmed patients of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) were enrolled. Related to these cases, 85 households were enrolled as one household per index patient, with a total of 155 household contacts. 104 cases received real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assays on throat swabs. 47 cases were positive, and 57 cases were negative. 51 cases did not receive RT-PCR tests for they had no symptoms of pneumonia during quarantine of at least two weeks.
