Eligibility Criteria for the Subject to be included in a Research Group.

Research Group	Criteria
Parkinson’s Disease	Patients must have at least two: resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, asymmetric resting tremor, asymmetric bradykinesia. Diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease for 2 years. Hoehn and Yahr stage I or II Male or Female age 30 Years or Older.
Control Subjects	Male or Female age 30 Years or Older. Not First degree relative to Parkinson’s patient
Prodromal	Male or female age 60 years or older No active clinically significant neurological disorder. Clinical diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease as determined by the investigator.
