TAB and GMB recovered mRNA expression of moisture and antioxidant enzymes in UVB-irradiated HaCaT keratinocytes. HaCaT keratinocytes were pre-treated with the indicated concentration for 24 h in serum-free media, and incubated for 6 h followed by UVB (50 mJ/cm²) irradiation treated with TNF-α (10 ng/mL), (A) HAS1, (B) CAT, and (C) SOD mRNA levels were measured by qRT-PCR.
