Boost studies include poxviral boosts, recombinant protein boosts, adenoviral boosts; seven DNA-only studies using electroporation. Genetic adjuvants, including granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and interleukin-12, are found in multiple DNA studies. Both ID and cancer studies are recognized.
