A non-zero positive value (NPV) after the parameter activates the genetic value in the prediction model, and a ‘#’ sign in front of the parameter removes the genetic value from the prediction model. a^ = GBLUP of SNP additive value. Ra2 = reliability of a^. d^ = GBLUP of SNP dominance value. Rd2 = reliability of d^. g^ = GBLUP of total genotypic value, = a^ + d^ + a^h for Model 1, = a^ + a^h for Model 2, = d^ + a^h for Model 3, = a^ + d^ for Model 5. Rg2 = reliability of g^. σ^α2 = GREML estimate of SNP additive variance. σ^δ2 = GREML estimate of SNP dominance variance. σ^e2 = GREML estimate of residual variance. σ^αh2 = GREML estimate of haplotype additive variance. h^α2 = GREML estimate of SNP additive heritability. h^δ2 = GREML estimate of SNP dominance heritability. h^αh2 = GREML estimate of haplotype additive heritability.
