Trial name or title	Comparison of Glucovance to Insulin for Diabetes During Pregnancy.
Methods
Participants	24‐28 weeks' gestations with diagnostic OGTT.
Interventions	Glucovance (glyburide and metformin) versus insulin therapy.
Outcomes	Primary outcome measures: maternal hemoglobin A1C at delivery; maternal fructosamine at delivery; maternal glucose at delivery. Secondary outcome measures: mode of delivery; infant birthweight; infant initial glucose; infant complications.
