Pregnant women, with singleton pregnancies, diagnosed with mild gestational diabetes (1‐hour glucose loading test result between 135 and 200 mg/dl followed by a 3‐hour OGTT with normal fasting, ie less than 95 mg/dl) between 24 and 29 weeks' gestation. |

Diet therapy and insulin as required versus no specific treatment. |
