a TEM images (×80,000) of EVs extracted from L. paracasei-grown media on day 5. The diameters (nm) of LpEVs measured by nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) on day 5 (b, c) in vivo fluorescence assay. LpEVs were labeled with Cy7-NHS, and 10 µg of Cy7-labeled LpEVs was administered by gavage to the mice. After administration, the fluorescent signal of the whole body or dissected organs was detected depending on the time. 1. brain, 2. blood, 3. heart, 4. lung, 5. liver, 6. stomach, 7. spleen, 8. small intestine, 9. kidney, 10. large intestine.
