Methods Randomized parallel controlled trial
Participants People ready to undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy due to benign and malignant diseases of pancreas and pars ampullaris aged 18 to 80 years
Interventions Pancreatic duct stent is placed outside the body, pancreatic duct stent is placed 7 to 8 cm from the pancreaticojejunal anastomotic stoma in the intestine
