Aerosol dispersion performance of the antigen loaded freeze dried (A) PLGA nanoparticles and (B) PLGA microparticles with different copolymer ratios 50:50, 75:25 and 85:15, as percentage deposition on each stage of the Next Generation Impactor (NGI).
