Figure 2

A 66-year-old man with a polypoid VI-RADS 3 lesion in the posterior bladder wall, without a high-signalintensity thickened inner layer but with no clear disruption the muscularis propria on T2WI (A), a high-signal-intensity inner layer in DWI (B), and no clear disruption of the muscularis propria in the 5-min excretory phase (not shown, early contrast phase not recorded). Histopathological analysis of the lesion indicated high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma with foci of invasion of the subepithelial tissue and normal adjacent muscularis propria bundles.
