The average percent of B cells in 1 μL of peripheral blood, and the concentration of salivary immunoglobulin A (IgA) obtained from mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine (MPS)‐selected ● (closed circles) and non‐selected ○ (open circles) Landrace pigs. Blood samples were collected on 5 days (−7, 0, 2, 7 and 14). MPS vaccination was conducted on days −7 and 0 after blood sampling on those days.
