The Km indicates the concentration at which half the maximal effect on I/I0 occurs and is used as a measure of the apparent affinity of the PUFA analogue. Data is represented as mean ± SEM. Comparisons were made using One-way ANOVA and Student’s t-test. Significance level is set to p=0.05.
