MeDIP results of CpG island methylation. Normal IgG, the immunoprecipitated DNA fragments using normal IgG; Anti-5mC antibody, the immunoprecipitated DNA fragments using anti-5mC antibody; Input, the DNA fragments. Normal IgG and Input were used as control. PCR amplified using primer sets corresponding to CpG island. Products were separated on 2.0% agarose gels and visualized by staining with GelRed.
