scRNA-Sequencing of Tomato⁺ and Tomato⁻ Stromal Cells from Kit^MerCreMer; R26^tdTomato Mice

(A and B) tSNE plots of single CD45⁻TER119⁻CD31⁻PDGFRα⁺ bone marrow stromal cells from 2-month-old Kit^MerCreMer; R26^tdTomato mice that had been treated with tamoxifen at E12.5/14.5. TOMATO⁺ and TOMATO⁻ sub-fractions were subjected to Smart-seq2-based sequencing. Cells were colored by clusters (A) or sources (B). Cells were purified from 3 mice in three independent experiments.
