A) without and B) with Local Structure Tensor (LST) based correction. The LST helps to preserve the geometric structure albeit with slight degradation to the mesh angles. It is a simple metric to capture local geometric information which can be used to constrain conditioning operations. C) Mesh angles are improved in both the LST weighted and unweighted meshes. The distribution of the mesh angles with LST correction are left shifted from 60 degrees.
