A, Flow cytometry analysis of cell cycle distribution in KYSE150 and KYSE510 cells transiently transfected with control siRNA or siRNAs targeting LOC100133669 for 48 h, as well as in KYSE450 control cells and LOC100133669‐stable overexpression cells. B, C, The ESCC cells as indicated were synchronized with nocodazole for 24 h (B) or serum starvation for 48 h (C), respectively. Then, the blocked cells were recovered and collected at the indicated time points. The cell cycle distribution was detected by PI staining, followed by flow cytometry.
