 TSLP and TLR3 ligands synergistically enhanced expression of their own receptors. Blood CD11c⁺ DCs were activated by TLR‐ligands, poly(I : C), LPS, or LyoVec with (closed bar) or without TSLP (open bar) for 24 h. DCs were used for real‐time quantitative RT‐PCR analyses for TSLPR and IL‐7Rα chain mRNA expressions (a) and for TLR3, TLR4, and TLR8 mRNA expressions (b). Closed bar and horizontal error bars indicate the mean and SD of three independent experiments, respectively.
