Phylogenetic analysis of the pol gene of coronaviruses (CoVs) detected from bats in northern China. The tree was constructed with mega 7.0, by using neighbour‐joining method with an amino acid p‐distance substitution model and complete deletion option and 1,000 bootstrap reiterations.
