Log₁₀ IBDV antibody titre of different groups immunized with various vaccines. Eight‐day‐old chickens vaccinated orally with 1 ml of 10⁹ CFU per ml PBS, Negative control (pPG612/LP), pPG612‐VP2/LP or pPG612‐T7g10‐VP2/LP. Antibodies were detected in serum collected at 0, 10, 22, 35 and 44 days following the first oral vaccination.
