Poly (C)‐binding protein 2 (PCBP2) was upregulated in glioma tissues. The relative expression of PCBP2 mRNA in glioma tissue specimens and noncancerous tissues were examined by quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction (qRT‐PCR) assay (a).
