Distribution of oligoadenylate synthetase 1 (OAS1) exon 7 splice‐acceptor site (SAS) genotypes in Control and hepatitis C virus (HCV) infected patients. Seventy chronic HCV patients and 50 healthy controls were subjected to polymerase chain reaction‐restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR‐RFLP) analysis at the exon7 SAS of OAS1 gene.
