Inhibitory effect of CBX on DENV‐2 in THP‐1 and HUVEC cells. a and b: Immunofluorescence assay using DENV prM glycoprotein antibody was performed to determine the infection rates of THP‐1 and HUVEC cells. THP‐1 (c) and HUVEC (d) cells were treated with indicated concentrations of CBX from 1 hr prior to DENV‐2 infection till 24 hr post‐infection, and the titer of progeny virions was measured by TCID₅₀ assay.
