Glaucarubin does not affect BCL-2 expression. (A) MKL-1 cells were treated with DMSO or glaucarubin dissolved in DMSO for final concentrations of 1 µM or 10 µM, respectively. Total cell lysates were harvested after 24, 48, and 72 h of treatment and analyzed by Western blotting using the indicated antibodies. (B) Western blot of total cell lysates from MCPyV-positive MCC cell lines MKL-1, MKL-2, MS-1, and primary HDFs treated with DMSO or glaucarubin dissolved in DMSO for a final concentration of 1 µM for 48 h.
