Linear branches on the left and top are clustering tree grouping similar expression pattern of BMP5 gene in different cancer types. The color scale indicates the expression value (Dark blue indicate higher expression, red indicates lower gene expression). The heat map was generated with custom scripts based on pheatmap function as available in the ‘gplots’ Bioconductor package of R.
