Leucocyte content in the stem cell products. Donor stem cell products were divided into two groups, infection (I, n = 12) and no infection (NI, n = 9) and the cellular content in the products were assessed by flow cytometry with subsequent analysis on forward or side scatter properties or through antibodies against lineage markers. (a) Frequency (%) of granulocytes, monocytes, lymphocytes and CD34‐positive stem cells out of total leucocytes as well as T‐cells, NK‐cells and B‐cells out of total lymphocytes.
