  • Limited language

  • Need help with self-care

  • Simple practical work (with supervision)

  • Usually fully mobile
Severe < 35

  • Often totally dependent on others for care

  • Use words/gestures for basic needs

  • Activities need to be supervised

  • Work only in very structured/sheltered setting

  • Impairments in movement are common
