aThe two‐sample t‐test was used to compare mean USMLE Step 1 score by URiM status. The Wilcoxon Rank Sum test was used to compare distribution of age by URiM status. The Chi‐Square test was used to compare percent LEP, percent international medical school, percent male, and percent AOA by URiM status. URiM included those in the Black, Hispanic, and Other race/ethnicity categories, and Non‐URM included those in the Asian and White categories.
