Lung-draining LN cells were collected from mice sensitized to PN, ID or PN+ID twice weekly for two weeks, and then stimulated ex vivo with peanut antigen. Four days later, levels of IL-4, IL-5, IL-13, and IFN-γ in cell culture supernatants were measured by ELISA. Bars represent means ± SEM, and individual data points are shown (n=5–6 mice per group).
