Body weight of inducible ob/ob mice and littermate controls. Inducible ob/ob and littermate control (Ctrl) mice were placed on a chow diet with Dox 600 from birth to 6 weeks of age, followed by a switch to HFD plus Dox 600 and HFD only diets at the indicated weeks.
