WB analysis of anti-PRV serum against viral proteins. Four-week old, male C3H mice were infected with 2 × 104 PFU of PRV strain MB, followed by 3-time intranasal infection of 2 × 105 PFU of PRV at 2 week intervals. Animals were sacrificed at 2 weeks after the last infection and sera were separated. WB analysis against HA-tagged recombinant viral proteins expressed in 293T cells was performed.
