Figure 4. — Activated and Expanded NK Cells (eNKC) under Specific Condition Significantly Increased the Secretion of A. TNF-α and B. IFN-γ after encountering target cancer cells, compared to fresh isolated (iNKC) and Ctrl group. The TNF-α and IFN-γ ELISA assays kits were performed as described in the methods. The results are shown as the average number of spots ± SD. The assay was conducted in triplicate for each donor (n, 3).
