Effects of CB1-selective (SR141716A) and CB2-selective (SR144528) antagonist pretreatments on convulsions at the drug dose that caused the greatest number of seizures and change in temperature of four representative cannabinoids. Antagonists were administered at 10 mg/kg IP at 0.005 mL/g 30 min before the administration of each agonist at 0.005 mL/g IP. Seizure activity and body temperature were measured as earlier for Figure 6.
