Effects of CB₁-selective (SR141716A) and CB₂-selective (SR144528) antagonist pretreatments on convulsions at the drug dose that caused the greatest number of seizures and change in temperature of four representative cannabinoids. Antagonists were administered at 10 mg/kg IP at 0.005 mL/g 30 min before the administration of each agonist at 0.005 mL/g IP.
