Significantly down-regulated proteins (111 proteins) were mainly identified as organelle outer membrane proteins in the extracellular and plasma membrane regions whereas significantly up-regulated proteins (64 proteins) were found to be cytosolic ribosome proteins in the intracellular region or spliceosomal complex proteins in the intracellular and nucleus regions.
