Sampling date is indicated as D2, D4, D6, D8, and D10 on X-axis. Shannon indexes of replicates were plotted along Y-axis and grouped by sampling date, otherwise each replicate data were plotted along X-axis and grouped by sampling date. Scale bar on the right is log2-transformed absolute abundance.
